Technologist

Requirements:

We expect you to have knowledge of clothing production technologies and VTK quality control standards.
Design basics for checking part connections and the presence of necessary control marks on the cut.
understanding of the processing of sewing product assemblies and the ability to convey this information to seamstresses-laboratory assistants, and skills in working with any type of industrial sewing equipment.
Communication skills, attention to detail, diligence, responsibility, and analytical skills are a plus.
Work experience in the specialty: from three years.

Responsibilities:

Analysis of technological processes for the production of a range of products, development and implementation of new and optimal solutions to improve production processes and product quality.
Processing samples in the experimental workshop, sewing control and quality control of reference samples of the product range according to technological requirements.
Launching samples into production: development of technical sheets and instructions for manufacturing models, calculation of labor and material costs, briefing and practical training of production personnel on product launch.
Organization and control of the experimental workshop.

Conditions:

Five-day work week, working day from 9:00 to 18:00.
Official employment, paid vacation, sick leave.

Clothing designer 

Requirements:

Experience working with fabrics and knitwear.
Knowledge of CAD programs, basic proficiency in Microsoft programs.
Knowledge of types of materials and the appropriate technology for their processing.
Attention to detail, diligence, responsibility, and a desire to learn are a plus.
Work experience in the specialty: from two years.

Responsibilities: 

Creating patterns in the CAD program (JULIVI version).
Gradation of patterns in the program
Filling out dimension tables according to the constructed structures
Working with a designer – discussing models and their features before putting them into work.
Product fitting sessions with the brand team.
Collaboration with a technologist.
Creation of technical drawings of products.

Experimental workshop master

Requirements:

Experience working with knitted fabrics (cooler, three-ply, fleece, interlock, etc.). Experience working with textile types of fabrics is also welcome in the perspective of brand development.
Ability to use equipment and special equipment (straight stitching, overlock, overlocking, ironing, etc.).
Communication with the technologist of the experimental workshop, designer.
Attention to detail, diligence, responsibility, and a desire to learn.
Work experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities:

Sewing test samples for manufacturing batches of clothing.
Sewing clothing samples according to documentation in a team with a technologist.
Feedback from the technologist regarding the ease of performing product assemblies in case of difficulties during sewing.

Conditions:

Five-day workweek, working day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Official employment, paid vacation, sick leave.
