If for some reason you do not have liked the thing, you can return it or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Terms of exchange / returning goods of proper quality
The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for the same one from a seller, from whom it has been purchased, if the product does not meet one’s requirements in terms of shape, size, style, color or cannot be used as intended.
The consumer has the right to exchange a product of appropriate quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that a longer period has not specified by a seller.
The exchange of a product of appropriate quality is made provided in following cases:
- if it hasn’t been used
- if its appearance has kept
- if its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, labels have been kept.
- upon presentation of payment order issued by the customer together with the goods sold
- in the case of exchange or return of goods of appropriate quality, purchased from the online store, the buyer pays for transportation services
